Terms and Conditions
Bookings must be made by persons over the age of 18.
Party bookings are confirmed upon receipt of £50 deposit. Day visit bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Event tickets must be paid in full at time of booking. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All visitors must read and adhere to Treetops Play and Party Café’s Rules of Play which are displayed on our website and in the play centre. It is the responsibility of the person who made the booking to ensure that these rules are adhered to at all times.
Any breach of the Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation or termination of your booking. If any booking is cancelled or terminated due to this condition the person who made the booking shall remain liable for the charges due up until that time.

- To improve the products and customer service we offer.

If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Refund Policy
Treetops Play and Party Café does not offer refunds for bookings. Party deposits are non—refundable.
Charges and Payment
Online party bookings – a non-refundable £50 deposit to be paid by card
Telephone party bookings – a non-refundable £50 deposit to be paid by card
Minimum balance to be paid a week before your party and any other remaining balance is to be paid on the day by cash or card.
Cancellations
All booking cancellations must be made in writing by the named organiser of the party or visit giving 2 weeks’ notice. In the event of the organiser cancelling the booking within the 2 weeks prior to the party date or failing to attend, the full balance must be paid. We do not offer refunds for cancelled parties or visits.
Treetops Play and Party Café reserves the right to refuse any entry or party booking or to terminate the booking for any reason. All monies paid in respect of a booking cancelled in accordance with this condition will be refunded but Treetops Play and Party Café will not be liable for any expenditure incurred or loss sustained directly or indirectly by the hirer as a result of the cancellation.
Parties
Minimum booking required of 12 children for standard party packages on weekends, minimum number of 15 on weekdays and minimum number of 20 for Exclusive Hire.
Total party numbers include birthday child
It is the responsibility of the group to arrive on time. Parties and events will begin and end at the specified time.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before booking time to allow set up.
All children must be signed in on arrival.
The person who booked the party is responsible for vacating the premises at the correct time to allow other customers to begin their session.
Staff must be informed of allergies before party date.
Only food purchased from Treetops Play and Party Café can be consumed on site.
The party organiser is permitted to bring their own birthday cake. When we have been advised that a child attending a party has an allergy we reserve the right not to give out cake or sweets to that child. This is in the interests of health and safety.
