Rules of Play
- Children must be supervised by an adult (ie parent/guardian) at all times.
- Only children under the age of 4 are allowed to play in the toddlers’ area. Please do not leave children unattended in the toddlers’ play area at any time. Unfortunately due to the terms of our insurance children (ie persons under the age of 18) who are over the height limit are not allowed to supervise younger children on any part of the soft play equipment.
- The main play structure is recommended for children aged 4 and over. Parents of younger children may allow their children to use this play structure, but do so at their own risk. Adults (aged over 18) are allowed to accompany children on the play equipment. Unfortunately due to the terms of our insurance children (ie persons under the age of 18) who are over the height limit are not allowed to supervise younger children on any part of the soft play equipment.
- Suitable clothing must be worn. Ideally, legs and arms should be covered. Fancy dress outfits (eg princess dresses, superhero outfits) are not suitable for wearing on the play equipment for health and safety reasons.
- Please remove children’s shoes before they enter the soft play area. Socks MUST be worn at all times by children and adults.
- Children up to the maximum height restriction of 148 cm may use the appropriate play facilities. Unfortunately due to the terms of our insurance children (ie persons under the age of 18) who are over the height limit are not allowed to supervise younger children on any part of the soft play equipment. Anyone ignoring this restriction may be asked to leave.
- Customers should not use the play structures with jewellery, watches, rings, badges, or sharp objects in pockets that may cause injury or damage to equipment whilst playing.
- Only food purchased in Treetops Play and Party Cafe should be consumed on the premises.
- No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum is allowed in the play areas. Small toys, coins, neck cords and scarves may be a choking hazard and should not be taken onto the play equipment.
- Only food and drink purchased at Treetops may be consumed on the premises.
- All injuries, accidents or emergencies must be reported to a member of staff.
- Children should use the toilet before entering the equipment
- Children who are unwell should not use the facilities.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the building or car park.
- Personal items must be left with parent/guardians. We cannot accept any liability for theft.
- Verbal abuse or physical violence towards any team member or visitor to Treetops will not be tolerated.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or ask anyone to leave Treetops without refund should these rules not be followed.
- Treetops is inspected annually by an inspector from the Register of Play Inspectors.
