• Please do not visit if you or a member of your household has a cough, high temperature or a loss of taste / smell.
• You must book in advance before arriving at Treetops to help us to manage capacity. This will be limited to 40% capacity of our play frame to allow for social distancing.
• While Wigan remains under local lockdown, only people living in the same household /bubble should visit Treetops together.
• We will need to collect details and maintain records of  visitors for 21 days to support NHS Test and Trace. (This will be part of your booking information)
• All adult visitors and children aged over 11 are asked to wear facemasks unless seated at a table.
• A limited menu will be in operation. Please use contactless payment whenever possible.
• As well as an enhanced cleaning schedule including frequent cleaning of touch points, Treetops will close between sessions so we can fully sanitise the play area before the next session starts. We will also be fogging the equipment frequently after closing.
• Chairs and tables have been arranged to help maintain social distancing. Please do not move them closer.
• There are hand sanitiser stations at appropriate points around the play centre. Please use them on entry, before eating and before and after you have used the play frame.
• There will be temperature checks for all staff and guests on entry using non-contact infrared thermometers.
• Please supervise your children to help them maintain social distance – this includes on the play frame and visiting the toilet.
• Ball pools and other loose toys have been removed.
• Digital menus will be in use (single use paper versions also available). Food delivery and collection tasks will be adjusted to allow for social distancing between staff and customers
• Signage will be displayed throughout the play centre to highlight social distancing, including corridors and toilets.
• First Aid procedures have been adjusted to reflect uptodate HSE advice and social distancing.
